Likha Collab Real Reviews UGC Contest

1. Contest Overview

The #LikhaRealReviews Video Contest (the "Contest") is organized by Likha Collab. The contest aims to encourage creators and community members to share their authentic experiences, stories, and product reviews through creative short-form videos on social media.

2. Promo Period

The contest will run from July 10, 2026, to August 10, 2026. Entries submitted beyond the deadline will not be honored.

3. Eligibility

• Open to all Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines, aged 18 years old and above.
• Must own or have access to a Likha Collab product to feature in the video.
• Employees of Likha Collab, their partner brands, their agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.

4. How to Enter

To join the contest, participants must fulfill the following steps:

1. Create the Video: Shoot a creative video review featuring your experience with a Likha Collab product, following the Video Requirements below.
2. Post & Tag: Post the video publicly on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
3. Captions & Hashtags: In the caption, tag the official Likha Collab page and use the official contest hashtags. Use #LikhaCollab plus the specific brand hashtag depending on what brand you review, #LivCleanRealReviews or #FirstBotanicalsRealReviews
4. Submission: Fill out the official Google Form to submit your contact details and the link to your posted video entry.

5. Video Requirements

To be considered valid, all video entries must strictly adhere to the following:

Duration: Maximum of one (1) minute (60 seconds).

On-Camera Presence: The creator must appear on camera talking to the audience. Entries utilizing only voiceovers or text-on-screen without the creator's face will be disqualified.

Content: The video must tell a compelling personal story, show the featured product actually in use, and provide an honest review.

Account Settings: The participant's social media account and the video post must be set to Public for the entire duration of the promo until winners are announced.

There will be a total of two (2) major winners selected at the end of the contest period:

Note on Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable. Winners or their authorized representative must claim at the Likha Collab Office.

8. Selection and Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be selected by the Likha Collab panel on or before August 17, 2026.
• Winners will be officially announced on Likha Collab's official social media pages on August 20, 2026.
• Winners will also be notified directly via email and direct message on social media.

9. Intellectual Property and Right to Use

By submitting an entry to this contest, all participants grant Likha Collab an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, repost, edit, and distribute their video content across all official Likha Collab social media channels, websites, and marketing materials for promotional purposes, without further compensation.

10. Terms and Conditions

• Participants may submit multiple entries but can only win once.
• Likha Collab reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content.
• By participating, contestants agree to abide by the official mechanics and the decisions of the judging panel.
